The presence of Afghanistan’s representative in the ECO meeting requires the agreement of all member countries of this organization to recognize the government of Kabul.
Asadov emphasized that Afghanistan is one of the member countries of ECO, but due to Political changes in August 2021. Now he cannot participate in ECO meetings and activities.
