According to Fars News Agency, French President Emmanuel Macron admitted on Thursday that European countries do not have the same position regarding the ceasefire in the Gaza war.
Macron, who traveled to Switzerland and called for an “immediate and subsequent cease-fire” in the Gaza war, but admitted that “there is no unified position on this matter at the European level.”
Meanwhile, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said Israel should not “give in to anger” in response to the October 7 Hamas operation.
