In the examination, traces of ecstasy were discovered in her body. The woman then filed a lawsuit against the French senator alleging that he used a mind-altering substance to sexually abuse her. Guerreo belongs to the independent faction and is the vice chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee.
