Registered refugees have the right to reside in Pakistan and according to the 1946 law of this country or other laws, they cannot be detained without involvement in criminal activities.

Balochistan’s Minister of Information further said: Evil elements in Afghanistan have drawn sinister plans and are targeting places to create distance between the people and the government. Pakistan condemns any kind of terrorism all over the world and if any action is taken to discredit Pakistani institutions, they will be given a suitable response.
The ruling body of Afghanistan has always rejected Pakistan’s claims of using Afghan soil in its attacks and emphasized that Afghanistan is not responsible for Pakistan’s security failures.
