Othmani continued: The administrative cost of the projects is very high, we ask the international institutions and organizations to implement the budget specified by the donors with full transparency and the expenses abroad and to limit their administration.
The deputy of the United Nations Development Program also said in this meeting: We have come to find a solution in coordination with you; I agree that transparency and justice should be considered in the use of the budget, we also want the aid money to reach the people of Afghanistan, especially the farmers.
