Al-Sisi called for global pressure on the Zionist regime

The President of Egypt emphasized the need for the international community to exert pressure on the Zionist regime as the occupying regime for the decisive implementation of the cease-fire in Gaza.

According to Fars News Agency International Group, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi said on Tuesday that the country welcomed international efforts to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

El-Sisi, who is speaking via video conference at the extraordinary meeting of BRICS members, said: “Egypt supports international efforts to establish a ceasefire and support civilians in the Gaza Strip, including Resolution 2712 regarding the establishment of a ceasefire and the establishment of a humanitarian corridor throughout Gaza was welcomed.

According to “Al-Ahram” newspaper, Al-Sisi also said that Egypt is asking the international community to put pressure on the Zionist regime as the occupying regime in order to implement this resolution.

He emphasized his opposition to any elimination of the Palestinian issue and called on all parties to be rational and implement international resolutions in this regard.

According to the report of Al Jazeera network, Al-Sisi also said that all institutions of the Egyptian government continue to provide the necessary support for the Palestinian issue.
