The Speaker of the Armenian Parliament emphasized on Wednesday that the country has no plans to attack other countries and Baku's claim in this regard is false.

He added: “I officially declare that Armenia has no plans to attack any country. Today, the international community should focus on the fact that the Republic of Azerbaijan buys billions of dollars in weapons, and the question arises, why does this country buy so many weapons?

The republics of Azerbaijan and Armenia have been fighting over the Nagorno-Karabakh region for three decades. The two countries do not have diplomatic relations.
