According to the report of Fars International News Agency, the Hamas movement announced on Saturday evening that it has responded positively to the efforts of Egypt and Qatar that were made during the current day to ensure the continuation of the temporary ceasefire agreement.
Hamas added that the Egyptian and Qatari sides conveyed the occupiers’ adherence to all the terms of the agreement. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry announced that 39 Palestinian civilians will be released tonight in exchange for 13 Zionist prisoners.
Ansari also said that 7 of the people who will be released are foreign nationals.
It was an hour ago that al-Qassam Brigades – the military branch of the Palestinian Hamas movement – announced that it has postponed the process of releasing the second group of prisoners so that the Zionist regime adheres to the terms of the agreement.
Al-Qassam also said that the release of the second group of Zionist prisoners depends on the Zionist regime allowing relief trucks to enter the northern Gaza Strip.
The four-day ceasefire between the Zionist regime and the Hamas resistance movement in the Gaza Strip has been implemented since 7:00 a.m. yesterday (local time).
After 47 days have passed since the start of the operation “Al-Aqsa storm” by the Islamic resistance movement “Hamas” against the Zionist regime and the defeat of the occupying army in the ground attack on the Gaza Strip, the cabinet of the Israeli regime, on Wednesday morning, accepted the ceasefire agreement with the mediation of the governments of Qatar and Egypt.
