According to the report of the international group of Fars news agency, al-Qassam brigades – the military branch of the Hamas movement – announced that in the framework of the humanitarian ceasefire and in line with the third phase of the exchange of prisoners, 13 Israeli prisoners, three Thai prisoners and one Russian prisoner has handed it over to the Red Cross.
The exchange of the second group of Zionist prisoners with Palestinian prisoners was done last night at 23:00 local time.
