General Abdul Fattah Burhan, President of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan, visited Djibouti to meet with Ismail Omar Ghili, the President of this country and the current head of the Inter-Governmental Organization for East African Development, IGAD, and discussed the development of bilateral relations and the latest developments in the army’s battle.
