Najafi, referring to the commission of all the four main international crimes including genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes of aggression by the Israeli regime, declared that these crimes provide the international responsibility of this regime and its supporters. and the perpetrators and caretakers must be brought to justice.

Najafi also pointed to the request of the Minister of Heritage of the Israeli regime to use a nuclear bomb against Gaza, proving the dangerous nature of weapons of mass destruction, including The chemical weapons of this regime are against the peace and security of the Middle East region and he pointed to the universal importance of the Chemical Weapons Convention and the accession of this regime to this document without any preconditions and delays in order to achieve one of the main pillars of the convention.

In this regard, he said that such illegal actions disrupt the economic and technological development of the target countries and violate the human rights of the citizens of these countries.

Najafi announced the severe problems of our country’s dear chemical veterans as a result of the embargo of the medicines they need by Western countries and called these loved ones the victims of these countries’ unilateral actions.

He declared the actions of Western countries not only illegal and violating the convention, but also immoral and inhumane.

He also criticized the approach of Western countries regarding the Syrian chemical case and emphasized Kurd said that political pressures and decisions not only do not help the Syrian chemical case, but also make the situation of this case more complicated.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country demanded that the member governments return to the good tradition of consensus in order to prevent further rifts between the members and preserve the technical nature of the organization and the politicization of the environment of this organization.

Najafi Also, referring to the successful holding of the 11th International Course on Medical Aspects of Aid and Protection against Chemical Weapons in October of this year and the participation of 25 international experts and the holding of field programs and examination of the victims of chemical weapons in our country in this course, on the readiness of the Republic Islamic Iran emphasized to hold such courses in order to create capacity for members of the organization in treating victims of chemical weapons. The headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has started in The Hague and will continue until December 10.
