Reuters: The Mossad team is in Qatar to discuss the resumption of the ceasefire
Reuters, citing an anonymous source, reported that a Mossad team arrived in Doha this Saturday to discuss the new parameters of the ceasefire and the possible release of new groups of "hostages" with the Qataris. |
According to the report of Fars International News Agency, Reuters news agency quoted a source as saying that a Mossad team is in Doha this Saturday to talk with Qatari mediators about the resumption of the Gaza ceasefire.
This source added that Mossad talks with the mediation of Qatar focus on the possible release of new groups of “Israeli hostages” and new parameters of the ceasefire.
On Friday, on the 56th day since the start of the Zionist invasion of the Gaza Strip, the Zionist regime resumed its attacks on this region after a week-long ceasefire.
Israeli officials have claimed that the ceasefire talks have failed due to Hamas’s refusal to release 10 female prisoners. Hamas called this claim of the Israeli regime “a lie” and said that Tel Aviv had already made its decision to carry out operations in Gaza.
One day earlier (Thursday), the seventh stage of the prisoner exchange between Hamas and the Zionist regime took place, during which the Zionists freed 30 Palestinians and eight Israelis. They were released.
The Ministry of Health of Gaza reported that during Friday’s attacks by the Zionist regime, 178 people were martyred and 589 people were injured. Osama Hamdan, one of the leaders of the Hamas movement, emphasized that the Zionist regime initiated the new aggression and Hamas only responded to this aggression. A female soldier who was captured deliberately misled the mediators, said: Israel’s policy of lying has continued since the beginning of the attacks, and the Americans also confirm their narrative.
