According to the reporter of Fars News Agency’s foreign policy group, on the third day of the new round of attacks by the Zionist regime on Gaza, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, Badr Al-Busaidi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, traveled to Tehran tonight (Sunday, December 12) to meet with Iranian counterpart Hossein Amirabdollahian to meet and discuss bilateral relations and regional and international developments.
He was officially welcomed by Hossein Amirabdollahian tonight upon his arrival at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and after Those foreign ministers sat at a table to talk.
The foreign ministers of Iran and Oman discussed the situation in Gaza by telephone on Friday night, following the new round of attacks by the Israeli regime on Gaza, and emphasized the need for a lasting ceasefire and the widespread delivery of humanitarian aid and effective measures by the international community in this regard. This was the fourth phone call between the foreign ministers since the beginning of the Al-Aqsa storm operation and the Zionist crimes in Gaza and the first phone call after the new round of attacks by the Zionist regime on this region. The foreign ministers of Iran and Oman had a telephone conversation on this issue on 17th and 29th of October and also on 13th of November. And after the start of the Al-Aqsa storm operation and the beginning of the Zionist attacks against the people of Gaza, they had a telephone conversation. In this phone call, the President pointed out that the unlimited support of the Western countries and especially the United States for the crimes of the Zionists has made the situation even more complicated and dire.
