According to Fars News Agency, the Ministry of Finance of the Zionist regime estimated the initial cost of the Gaza war at 191 shekels ($51 billion) on Monday.
Officials of the Ministry of Finance of the regime, which was held on Monday in a meeting attended by members of the Knesset Finance Committee, said that this figure may increase depending on the developments in the field.
Israel had previously estimated the cost of the war at 163 billion shekels ($44 billion).
In addition, Israeli Finance Ministry officials told the Knesset that tax revenues had been declining even before the start of the war in Gaza.
