Pentagon: We want to prevent the repetition of Hamas operations

According to the report of Fars International News Agency, the US Department of Defense said on Tuesday evening: “What we are focused on is the protection of American troops and citizens and ensuring that there is no repeat of the Hamas attack.”
This ministry explained about military support to the Zionist regime for attacks on the Gaza Strip: “We closely consult with Israel and discuss their daily needs.”
Pentagon also claimed: “We ask Israel to refrain from targeting civilians in Gaza and realize that it is fighting in difficult conditions”.
According to “Al Jazeera” website, the US Department of Defense continued: “We continue to talk with our Israeli partners and expect their military operations in Gaza to comply with international law.”
However, the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement “Hamas” said on Tuesday morning that America is responsible for the killing of women and children in the Gaza Strip with its political and military support to the Zionist regime. (more details)
