According to the Fars news agency reporter in Dushanbe, “Ima Ali Rahman”, the president of Tajikistan ordered to republish the Shahnameh book and make it available to all citizens of this country.
This was stated by the president of Tajikistan during an international conference on the topic of “Babajan Ghafuraf: the greatest researcher and historian of the history of the Tajik people”. Residents of Tajikistan, it is said that the Tajik people should become more familiar with the history, culture and civilization of their ancestors. It is the civilization of the Tajik people.
He stated: We should use as much as possible from this proud history and this precious heritage for the sake of unity, cohesion, pride of our people, the happiness of our ancestors and strengthening the foundations of the state. Let’s use our new nation.
It is worth noting that the Shahnameh is not the first book that the Tajik authorities have ordered to be published and donated to all residents of this country.
In 2020, by the order of the President of Tajikistan, the book “Tajikan” was published and made available to all residents of this country with the aim of deepening the study of the contemporary history of the Tajik people, increasing the sense of national identity and self-knowledge.
