The Foreign Minister said about the Taliban and the developments in Afghanistan: Afghanistan is a very complicated case. First, Afghanistan can be stable when all ethnic groups have a role in its administration. The Taliban are part of the reality of Afghanistan, but not all of it, so we talk about inclusive government in this country. Stability and security in Afghanistan is important for Today, the Taliban is fighting against ISIS. The solution in Afghanistan is the formation of an inclusive government and the Taliban has promised to move in this direction. Therefore, different actors in the world are better for us than a unilateralist power in the region. When we enter BRICS, it means that we want to have relations and cooperation with their leaders. He said regarding relations with Azerbaijan: We have a principled policy and we must act within that framework. The more the relationship is strengthened at the political level, the tensions should be reduced at other levels.
The Foreign Minister said about JCPOA: We said from the beginning that we will not cross red lines. We are facing a document and because our red lines were not taken into consideration by the other side, we are not on the way to sign the return to JCPOA.
