– International news – Tasnim News According to the New York Times, thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters took to the streets of Manhattan on Friday afternoon (local time), after The United States vetoed a resolution calling for a permanent halt to the Gaza war at the UN Security Council. Protesters gathered in front of a number of New York City landmarks in Manhattan, including City Hall and Wall Street, chanting “Palestine “Free” they chanted and called for an end to US financial support for Israel and condemned the US veto in the United Nations.
