Former Zionist diplomat: With Al-Aqsa storm, Netanyahu’s political myth collapsed
In a note, the former Consul General of the Zionist regime in New York described Netanyahu's assessment of the capabilities of Hamas as one of his numerous incorrect assessments in the post of prime minister. |
According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, “Alon Pinkas”, a former Zionist diplomat, wrote in his latest analysis about the Gaza war published in Haaretz newspaper: “October 7 showed a failure and a myth.” He exploded and disintegrated the “politician” that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, had nurtured over the years. It is his wrong perceptions that have caused the successive failures of his and his cabinet’s policies to accumulate. It was clearly evident, until the American magazine “Foreign Policy” conducted a study on the causes, sources and consequences of Israel’s major security failure in a long report entitled “How did Israel’s spies fail?” Why could the result of this escalation be catastrophic?”
This report states that more than two months after Israel’s invasion of Gaza and despite the “commitments” of the Israeli authorities to destroy Hamas, this regime could not kill the senior leaders of Hamas. destroy it, or release the prisoners remaining with it in the Gaza Strip, or provide convincing evidence to fulfill its goal of eliminating this resistance movement. In contrast, the Gaza war gave Hamas a strong national position that no future Palestinian leader can ignore or deny, as the current war has created a new Palestinian spirit with Hamas’ signature.
Haaretz analyst Tasfi Bareil also wrote in a note: Hamas has created a new Palestinian spirit and it cannot be removed, and no one suggests the possibility that Hamas will end its life as an intellectual and political movement, even If all its subordinate institutions in Gaza are destroyed.
Meanwhile, the Zionist media reports that the number of Israeli soldiers killed since the beginning of the ground attack on the Gaza Strip is 102 and the number of soldiers injured. Since October 7th, 5,000 people have announced it, of which 2,000 people have been disabled.
Israeli reserve colonel Kobi Merom also admitted in an interview with Channel 12 of the Zionist regime that “Hamas has not collapsed and its strategic system is still working and firing missiles… I suggest that in Let’s be a little humble about what we have achieved so far”.
