Ambassador notes: As a member of the Foreign Service America, my previous assignments included assignments in the European Union in Brussels, Poland, Cyprus, the Bahamas, and Iraq. I also worked in Washington for many years. I am originally from New England in the northeastern United States. I am looking forward to living in Baku with my wife. Our son is in America, he traveled to Azerbaijan and wants to see the beautiful places here. And after gaining independence, he always supports the Republic of Azerbaijan. We have seen amazing changes over the past 32 years. I hope that as long as we are in this region, we will work together for a stable and dignified peace, we will see further progress of Azerbaijan and it will continue to play a more important role in the region and the world. During my stay here, I had the chance to visit Baku, its beautiful places, the historical and old city, the beautiful and modern architecture of the Heydar Aliyev Center. I wish to know these places better, see more places and taste national cuisine. I have already tasted the delicious Azerbaijani rice and rice.
