Telephone consultation between the foreign ministers of Iran and Turkmenistan

According to the international group Tasnim News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that in the conversation Hossein Amirabdollahian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country, and Rashid Mardov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkmenistan, discussed and exchanged views on the latest issues of bilateral cooperation and some regional and international issues.

On the fact that the relations between Iran and Turkmenistan are brotherly, he called the borders between the two countries the borders of peace and friendship and emphasized the further development of friendly relations between the parties. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkmenistan also pointed to the constructive negotiations. Recently, with Amir Abdullahian in Moscow, he called the relations between the two countries very important, especially in the fields of energy, gas, transportation and road cooperation.

Rashid Mardouf once again emphasized Turkmenistan’s readiness to develop relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields.
