Reports of a missile hitting a ship in the Red Sea

The "Associated Press" news agency, citing an American official, reported that a Liberian-flagged ship caught fire in the Red Sea after being hit by a missile fired from Yemen.

According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, local sources reported today (Friday) two security incidents for swimmers in the waters of the Red Sea.

Administration British Maritime Operations said in a statement that it has received reports of a security incident in the Bab al-Mandeb Strait and 110 kilometers from Al Hodeida port in Yemen.

Other ships in the Red Sea have been notified of the investigation into the security incident in order to take precautions.

Minutes later, the local media reported the second security incident in the Red Sea.
