These examples that have been used have shown that it is very effective and we will expand the number of wound treatment clinics to 50 clinics nationwide by next year.
He added: Plasma technology will be significantly expanded in the fight against cancer. Now it has been requested to complete the laboratory process for heart patients and the things needed in heart surgery with the participation of Shahid Beheshti University. Islami said about the production of radiopharmaceuticals. : We now produce 50 types of radiopharmaceuticals that are used in both diagnostic and therapeutic sectors. If we did not have the industrial capacity and the nuclear fuel wheel that the enemies and superpowers and the Zionist regime are hostile to, we would never have been able to produce radio-medicine.
He clarified: Our only radiopharmaceutical company that has a global level has been sanctioned for years. Radiopharmaceuticals are less than 12 years old in the world and today we are at the top of the leading countries. Our sanctioned company has 50 achievements that are available to the public and are used in 210 medical centers.
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization also said: About 10 of our radiopharmaceuticals are in the process of clinical testing, which will be added to the product portfolio as soon as the results are obtained. We opened 3 new radiopharmaceuticals this week, building on our promise last year. .
Islami said regarding the unveiled radiopharmaceuticals: Our effort is to increase the accuracy factor so that more lesions are visible in the body. Two of the new radiopharmaceuticals were unveiled for this purpose. We pledged to pursue radiopharmaceuticals with higher effectiveness. Another unveiled radiopharmaceutical of this kind was to destroy the cancerous lesion. We hope to continue this path with strength.
