According to the foreign policy group of Fars News Agency, a joint consultative meeting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the delegation of the Supreme Leader, the Hajj Pilgrimage Organization and other related institutions was held on Tuesday, January 5th, with the presence of Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, Hojjatul Islam and Al-Muslamin Nawab, head of the delegation of the Supreme Leader, Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and senior managers of other relevant institutions.
In this meeting, issues and topics related to the coordination and executive affairs of the Umrah Hajj were held. It was the subject of discussion and exchange of views and the necessity of joint cooperation and coordination of all related institutions was emphasized to advance related matters. Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, while explaining the efforts and coordinations that have been made up to this point in time regarding the single Umrah, emphasized the necessity of coordination and groundwork for the proper conduct of the Umrah.
Presenting a report of a consultation with the Saudi Foreign Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced its readiness for necessary coordination and assistance.
