According to the Fars News Agency International Group, Osra’s family in Gaza, as well as thousands of residents of the occupied territories, held a massive demonstration in Tel Aviv on Saturday against Netanyahu.
The demonstrators demanded to reach an agreement with the resistance groups for the release of prisoners in the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile The Jerusalem Post published a report in the late hours of last night saying, “Qatar has proposed that in the first phase of the agreement, 50 hostages will be taken from Hamas and a ceasefire of several weeks will be established”.
The Hebrew media reported about the second phase of this plan, the details of which have not yet been published, but its formation will lead to the withdrawal of Israeli soldiers from Gaza. According to this report, Mossad head David Barnia told The Israeli cabinet informed that Hamas now wants a 20-30 day ceasefire in exchange for 50 children, women and elderly prisoners. It disclosed the Qatari proposal and wrote that “Israel is ready to conclude a one-week ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, release Palestinian prisoners and return about 40 Israeli abductees”.
Israeli media from Last night, with the release of news, they claim that Hamas has agreed to start talks based on Qatar’s plan, and they say that the Tel Aviv authorities are also thinking about this proposal, which, of course, has not been officially presented to them.
Before Qatar, last week, Egypt proposed a three-stage agreement, which would eventually lead to the release of all prisoners from both sides. According to Cairo’s proposed plan, the third phase of the agreement included the end of the war, Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza and the formation of a technocratic government in Gaza.
