He continued his speech and said: “We have great security interests in the Middle East and we will deploy the military to support it and act accordingly in the future.”
It was this afternoon that the Central Command of the US Army in West Asia, known as CENTCOM, reacted to the incident near Yemen’s Hodeida port by publishing a statement and announced that the boats belonging to the “Houthis of Yemen” attacked a container ship. And US Navy helicopters attacked in the south of the Red Sea.
Centcom said in this statement that a container ship belonging to “Maersk” shipping company made two emergency calls that it was attacked by 4 boats belonging to the Yemeni Houthis. has taken.
