According to the Fars News Agency International Group, the “Axios” website reported on Tuesday morning that the Hamas resistance movement sent a proposal to Tel Aviv for a new prisoner exchange agreement through Qatari and Egyptian mediators.
Axios claimed, quoting two Zionist officials: “Israel rejected this agreement, but this shows that Hamas is ready to participate in negotiations on a new prisoner exchange agreement.”
In this report, it is claimed that the proposal of Hamas includes a three-stage process in which the war must be stopped for more than a month in order to exchange prisoners.
