This letter states: With deep sadness, I would like to inform the Secretary General of the United Nations and the members of the Council of another heartbreaking terrorist attack that occurred today, January 3, 2024 in Iran. provide security This reprehensible action deliberately targeted innocent people with two terrorist explosions near the burial place of General Qassem Soleimani in Kerman city on the fourth anniversary of his martyrdom. Currently, at least 103 people, including children and women, have died and 211 people have been injured, some of them are in serious condition.
