Baghdad: The task of the US coalition is to train the military, not to violate Iraq’s sovereignty

Rasul also said in this context: “The Iraqi armed forces consider the forces of the international coalition responsible for this unexpected attack on an Iraqi security institution. An institution that operates based on the powers granted to it by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. This action weakens all the understandings between the armed forces and the forces of the international coalition”. Tagwi al-Saeidi, the deputy commander of Hizam operations in Baghdad and his assistant were martyred and 6 others were injured.

The spokesman of the General Command of the Iraqi Armed Forces added: We consider this action as an escalation of tension and a dangerous attack on Iraq, which is far from the spirit and the text. It is the order and work for which the international coalition is present in Iraq.

Iraqi sources say that the car of Martyr Abu Taqvi was targeted as soon as it reached the said headquarters. Four missiles were fired from the attacker’s drone, one of which hit the car of martyr Abu Taqvi. Some sources have also announced the number of martyrs up to four.
