According to Webangah News quoted by Tasnim News agency, despite the fact that the Zionist regime failed to achieve its goals in Gaza Mande Yoav Gallant explained about a plan in 4 axes that is related to the administration of Gaza after the end of the war. Gallant said that in this plan, the management of civilian affairs in Gaza will be entrusted to the Palestinians, but Israel will have military control. It will maintain itself on the borders and will be free to carry out the necessary military and security measures inside Gaza.
This plan for governance in Gaza is based on 4 pillars: First, Israel in managing Gaza’s civilian issues. It will have a supervisory role and will control the entry of goods into Gaza.
The second pillar, according to Gallant, is the formation of a multinational task force led by the United States, the European Union and “moderate Arab governments” that will be responsible for managing civilian issues and reconstruction. will take over the economy of Gaza.
The third column is Egypt, which is named as the “main actor” and is supposed to be responsible for controlling the main civilian border crossing to the Gaza Strip in coordination with Israel.
Fourth, the administrative mechanisms of the Palestinians will be preserved provided that the responsible officials in them have no connection with Hamas. Officials who are responsible for issues related to electricity, water and humanitarian aid will continue their duties with the coordination of the international working group. Israeli media have written that this plan is not yet the official plan of Israel and was supposed to be in the cabinet meeting. Israel was to be discussed, but the meeting was closed due to differences between the ministers.
