According to him, Moscow has never been against a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.
Kiev has not found a plan B in case of termination of EU financial aid
The head of the Ukrainian diplomatic service also emphasized that, if the European Union does not send additional financial aid to Ukraine, Kiev does not have a support plan.

Koleba also claims that Ukraine will receive 100 percent of frozen Russian assets, and that they will be enough to rebuild the country. He added: We estimate that the total frozen assets will cover more than 80% of our needs for the reconstruction of the country. They have frozen about 300 billion euros of Russia’s foreign exchange reserves. Before Ursula von der Leyen, the head of the European Commission, announced the beginning of preparation of alternative options for providing financial assistance to Ukraine from the European Union in case of failure of negotiations on the allocation of such funds from the EU’s national budget.
The European Union transferred the last installment of 1.5 billion euros to Ukraine on December 21, 2023. Von der Leyen called for an agreement to be reached so that European countries can continue to support Kiev.
