According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, “Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Taliban government, rejected the statements of Michael McCall, the head of the US House of Representatives’ Foreign Relations Committee, about the creation of fake institutions and the use of humanitarian aid in Afghanistan, saying that no fake institutions have been created and the aid distribution process is also monitored transparently.
McCall recently stated that the Taliban is benefiting from American taxpayers’ money more than ever before, claiming that the Taliban have created fake institutions and their own people to receive aid money.
Nazari told “Taloo News” about this: The Islamic Emirate supports the transparent activity of relief organizations, but there is no interference in the distribution process. He has not received assistance from international institutions and has not created fake institutions.
He added: We strongly reject any kind of report in this connection; By creating facilities, we try to have a positive interaction with all relief organizations.
