According to the international group Tasnim news agency, the city of Akrotiri in Cyprus witnessed demonstrations on Sunday. The pro-Palestinian activists were in front of the British Air Force base, which the British military has used to attack the positions of the armed forces in recent days.
American and British warplanes launched attacks against the positions of the Yemeni armed forces on Friday morning. Yemenis carried out naval operations in the Red Sea in retaliation.
According to Yemeni sources, Sana’a International Airport and the city of Taiz have been attacked seven times. The city of Hodeida also witnessed an explosion.
The Akrotiri base in Cyprus was used as a site for the Typhoon fighter jets involved in the said operation.
Activists present In front of the British base, they emphasized: We are here to condemn the complicity of the British government and the use of Cypriot soil to support Israel in killing Gaza.
