Ahmad Mohammadi became the Consul General of Iran in Istanbul
The new Consul General of Iran in Istanbul met and discussed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country on the eve of his departure to the place of his mission. |
In this meeting, Amir Abdollahian highlighted the position of Turkey in the framework of the neighborhood policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasized the expansion of relations and deepening of cooperation in all dimensions, as well as the provision of favorable and smooth consular services. He emphasized to the Iranians living in Turkey.
Mohammadi previously held the positions of acting head of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Colombo, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Karachi, deputy director of the Asia and Pacific Economic Department. He has served as the head of the deputy minister’s office, the head of the passport and visa department and a member of the embassies of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Brasilia and Bern.
