As long-time friends, today we had important discussions in line with the interests of the two nations. We emphasized a wide range of bilateral and multilateral talks, including the development of Chabahar port and the north-south route and increasing cooperation.
Iranian Foreign Minister said: The countries had agreements in their last meeting at the BRICS meeting. We emphasized the will of the two governments to expand cooperation and examined the existing relations and obstacles to the implementation of some agreements. The technical teams of the two countries are holding meetings to accelerate the implementation of the agreements. In addition to bilateral relations, we agree to use the capacities in the field of cooperation between Shanghai and BRICS. Also, today we discussed the situation of Gaza and Palestine in the field of common views on international issues. The need for all countries to pay attention to stopping the war and genocide in Gaza and preventing the spread of the war was our joint emphasis. It has been emphasized that the necessity of maritime security is emphasized by Iran, and it is an issue that has been discussed in our relations with the National Salvation Government of Yemen and is also emphasized by them. They assured us that they will not interfere with the safety of navigation, but their position is that they will take action against the traffic of Israeli ships as long as the war continues. We also discussed humanitarian aid and we welcome it. India’s position has been to support the two-state solution so that the Palestinians have their own territory.
