Qatar’s foreign minister criticized the weak international positions regarding the Gaza crisis He stated that the reaction of the international community to the war against Gaza was very disappointing for the nations of the region. It is the first time that we see the issue of the ceasefire in Gaza as a controversial issue.
Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani added, we cannot see that countries are pumping money to rebuild Gaza; Without addressing the main issue, which is the “two-state” solution. If we want to solve the Red Sea situation, we must first solve the Gaza problem. On the other hand, the situation in the West Bank is not better than in Gaza; Where we see continuous killings but there is no reaction from the international community. He clarified that everyone knows now that the only way is to establish an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders. In the West Bank today, Israel has control over everything, and it is not the Palestinian Authority that rules the West Bank. We emphasize again that the Palestinian people must decide for themselves.
