Fars News Agency International Group; The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Palestinian Authority demanded the inclusion of Israeli militia groups in the list of international terrorist groups.
Since the Hamas operation on October 7, known as Al-Aqsa Storm, the number of armed attacks by settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank has increased.
According to the TASS news agency, the Palestinian Authority has announced the purpose of this request to bring closer the positions of the United States and the international community in rejecting the terrorism of settler militias by imposing sanctions and forcing the Zionist regime to disarm them.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry also strongly condemned the annexation of any part of the West Bank that would undermine any chance of a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
In December, the United States imposed visa restrictions against those Zionist settlers who were involved in violence against Palestinians. The European Union and some other European countries have also announced that they intend to impose economic and travel sanctions against Zionists who commit violence against Palestinians in illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank.
