According to the report of Fars news agency’s foreign policy group, Reza Najafi, the deputy of legal and international affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered a speech today (Wednesday), 27 January 1402, at the 19th meeting of foreign ministers of the Non-Alignment Movement in Kampala, Uganda. .
Najafi emphasized that this important meeting shows the solidarity between the members of the Non-Aligned Movement and the promotion of cooperation between the members to protect the interests of the nations, and emphasized that the current and emerging challenges require the use of capacity. the entire movement to solve them in an effective and appropriate way.
He emphasized that global problems need global solutions, and wanted to strengthen the solidarity and cooperation of members in solving global problems and this cooperation requires the real political will of all the governments of the world, including the members of the Non-Aligned Movement.
Najafi, while emphasizing the importance of multilateralism, noted that the Non-Aligned Movement should play an active role in shaping the order.
He continued by referring to the current unprecedented situation in Palestine and committing the most heinous crimes against the Palestinian people, especially in the Gaza Strip, by the Zionist regime, calling for renewed solidarity of the Non-Aligned Movement with became the people of Palestine and said that the message of the Non-Alignment Movement should be clear and expressive and show that the movement stands with the Palestinian people. South Africa’s request to the International Court of Justice to try the Zionist regime for committing genocide against the people of Gaza, which was included in the final statement of the summit, called for an immediate and unconditional end to the attacks of the Zionist regime on the people of Gaza.
In another part of his speech, he also referred to the unilateral coercive actions of the United States and its allies as a tool of Western hegemony, calling it a violation of the human rights of nations and asking the members of the movement to stand against the sanctions.
