According to this document, the transit of Russian oil takes place through the existing and created oil pipeline systems, including the oil pipeline “Toymazi-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2” and “Atasu (Kazakhstan) – Alashanko (China)” .
In addition, it follows from this document that Kazakhstan can send up to one million tons of stable oil and gas condensate annually in transit through Russia to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant. It is received along the route “Atyrau – Samara – Toymazi – Omsk – Novosibirsk-2 – Peryrtyshsk – Pavlodar Petrochemical”. Russia passes. Kazakhstan’s 186.25 km long section supplies oil to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant and transits Russian oil to China and Uzbekistan.
At the end of 2022, the Russian government will extend the transit contract of up to 10 million tons.
