The Deputy Foreign Minister noted: No one can compare the heinous, widespread and bloody crimes of the Zionist regime against the people. Palestine, whose intensity and scope is unprecedented, should remain indifferent.
He also clarified: The crimes committed by the Zionist regime, which are being carried out in front of the eyes of the world, are all elements of genocide, war crimes. and includes crimes against humanity.
Najafi added: In addition to insulting humanity, this volume of brutality is a complete disregard for the high moral values of nations and civilizations and a violation of the norms and fundamental principles of rights. The international law, especially international humanitarian law and human rights, has been committing these crimes for a long time with the full support of America and other Western countries, with complete immunity and impunity.
The deputy of legal and international affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized: The Israeli regime used the so-called peace process only to buy time, to continue occupying more Palestinian lands, to displace more people and to expand illegal settlements in the occupied Palestinian lands, and in such a situation, the Palestinian people They have had no other option but armed struggle against the occupying force through all available means, including armed struggle, an inherent right that has been fully recognized by numerous resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly.
At the end, the deputy foreign minister demanded to send a strong message from the Palestine Committee of the Non-Aligned Movement in support of the legitimate struggle of the Palestinian nation for its freedom and independence and invited the member states to South Africa should support the case against the Zionist regime in the International Court of Justice.
