According to the regional office of Tasnim News, “Ronald Newman, the former American ambassador in Kabul, told the country’s media that the ban on education and training, which is considered an ideological position for the Taliban leader, has caused the Taliban government not to be recognized by the international community.
He added that it is not expected that Washington’s position towards the Taliban will change in the near future, and the position of other countries also emphasizes the non-recognition of the Taliban government.
He said that if the Taliban government changes its behavior towards women, it is possible that significant changes will be observed by the international community. And the government of this group should also be recognized.
