Qatar criticizes Netanyahu for obstructing the mediation process

According to the report of the international group Tasnim news agency, citing the Palestine Information Center, the Hebrew language network Kahn announced that the Qataris publicly accused Netanyahu of obstructing and disrupting the mediation efforts of this country for the exchange of prisoners. The Qataris emphasized that instead of giving priority to saving the lives of Israeli prisoners, Netanyahu prioritized some less important political issues.

In this regard, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar emphasized that we strongly condemn the statements attributed to Netanyahu regarding Qatar’s mediation.

Majed Al-Ansari stated that If Netanyahu’s statement about Qatar’s mediation is true, it will only lead to obstruction and weakening of this country’s mediation, and it seems that he has prioritized his political future over saving the lives of innocent people, including Israeli prisoners.

He said: We hope that Netanyahu will try to remove the obstacles on the way to the prisoner exchange agreement instead of focusing on our strategic relations with Washington.

Meanwhile, the Radio and Television Organization The Zionist regime has announced that Qatar has informed the Zionist regime that Hamas will suspend negotiations regarding the prisoner exchange agreement.
