According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, “Naldi Pandor”, the Foreign Minister of South Africa, in response to the judgment of the Hague Court against the Zionist regime, expressed his disappointment that there was no mention of a ceasefire in the judgment of this court. He said: “Other countries contacted us and will join us at the Hague Court.” It started today (Friday).
Joan Donoghue, President and Judge of The Hague Court, said in this session: “The Court is fully aware of the tragedy that is happening in Gaza and the ongoing killing in Gaza.
Pandor stated that “we demand action, not comments”, emphasizing that: there are clear orders from the court that we demand to be implemented. Without a ceasefire, we will not be able to send humanitarian aid [to Gaza].” If Israel respects international law, this issue will be clear in a month.
This African minister pointed out that “we all have to keep an eye on Israel,” he stated: America should play an active role in the issue of two-state solution.
Donoghue went on to explain by stating that the Hague Court also considered the statements of the Zionist authorities regarding the dehumanization of the Palestinians. He said: “Israel must comply with the requirements of the Convention on the Non-Genocide”.
