He called it a clear violation of his national sovereignty and declared: if it is implemented, he will fight with Ethiopia. Meanwhile, many regional and international organizations, along with the countries of the world, have pressured Ethiopia not to implement this agreement and to respect the national sovereignty of Somalia.
Somaliland is a region in northern Somalia where the tribes living there declared independence in 1991, but no country has recognized Somaliland.
Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said at the meeting of the Central Committee of the ruling party of this country: Ethiopia has no desire to be enmity with the government and people of Somalia.
