According to the international group Tasnim news agency, the International Court of Justice in The Hague on January 27 (7 Bahman 1402) issued his initial ruling regarding South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime, and according to this ruling, he considered some of the Israeli army’s actions to be a violation of the Genocide Convention.

Actions such as the mass killing of Palestinians and their collective punishment, preventing humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip, and making discriminatory comments against Palestinians. It has been considered by the Israeli authorities at the International Court of The Hague. The issuance of this initial judgment greatly increases the possibility of Israel being convicted in the final judgment. The Hague Court asked Israel to immediately stop its aggressive actions and to report to the Court within one month about the changes it has made in the existing process. have called it anti-Semitic and expressed their opposition to its implementation. The judges of the Court stated that the reason for this is the need for a more detailed investigation. Among the 17 judges of this case, 15 judges agreed with the ruling against Israel and 2 judges disagreed with it.
This sentence can provide the necessary legal basis for actions against Israel both at the level of governments and at the level of international organizations. In this regard, at the initiative of Algeria, the United Nations Security Council is going to hold an urgent meeting soon and review this ruling.
