According to the foreign policy group of Fars News Agency, the seventh round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Uzbekistan was held in Tashkent.
In this meeting, which was chaired by Ali Bagheri, the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Bahramjan Alayev, the first deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the latest situation and prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the political and security fields were discussed. , economic and cultural issues were discussed at bilateral, regional and international levels.
While pointing to the growing relations between the two countries, the parties agreed to hold regular political consultations with the aim of accelerating cooperation. They emphasized in various fields.
Ali Bagheri said in this meeting: We should pay more attention to the development of Fimabin relations in different dimensions and fields, considering the existing capacities.
He said that we do not have any restrictions to strengthen cooperation.
Alayef also pointed to the importance and position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region, Iran’s growth in various fields. He called science and technology a source of pride despite the sanctions and further announced his country’s readiness to cooperate with the Islamic Republic of Iran within the framework of regional and international organizations such as Shanghai, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, ECO, non-commitment and the United Nations.
