Russia: We do not violate anything in dealings with Iran and North Korea

According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, the baseless and repeated claims of the media and Western officials that Russia used weapons made by North Korea and Iran in the Ukraine war, once again met with Moscow’s reaction.
Maria Zakharova, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, said today (Wednesday) that Moscow has not violated any of its international obligations in its relations and cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran and North Korea.

According to “Sputnik” news agency, Zakharova explained about this: “Russia does not violate anything in its interactions with Iran and North Korea. We develop our relations [with these two countries] on the basis of bilateral interaction, mutual respect and benefit of both parties”.
The military equipment manufactured by North Korea and Iran in the Ukraine war violates international laws and obligations, he emphasized: “We have not violated any of our international obligations, that’s all.”
According to this report, The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry also added: “What we do and how and why we do it is actually a completely private matter in our relations with other countries.”
Earlier, in a joint statement with his Iranian counterpart, Nikolai Patrushev, the secretary of the Russian National Security Council, said that the two sides have focused on the practical implementation of bilateral agreements while pointing to the improvement of relations with Tehran in all fields.
