While pointing to the historical and cultural commonalities of the two countries, Kadarov emphasized the will of the presidents of Iran and Uzbekistan to expand relations and the influential role of the Majlis in He called the strengthening of relations and speeding it up as undeniable.
He interpreted the mutual visit of Ghalibaf and Ismailov, the presidents of the parliaments of Iran and Uzbekistan, to Tehran and Tashkent as an objective expression of the interest of the two popular institutions.
Ali Bagheri also said: the depth of the long-standing relations between the two countries was formed in the context of the people and for this reason it cannot be broken.
He further added: Iran and Uzbekistan are the two largest countries in the region, and correspondingly, they have an important task in creating peace and stability in the region, in which the assemblies play a central role and can strengthen people’s bonds and regulate the mechanism of relations.
Political Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran welcomed the interaction of the two parliaments in addition to the heads at different levels, including factions, parliamentary friendship groups and commissions, and called it a stability in friendly relations.
