Islami said in this ceremony: This project has been considered as one of the projects emphasized by the Supreme Leader in the strategic document for the development of the nuclear industry in the horizon of 1420.
He continued: Today witnessed the beginning of the implementation of the construction of Iran Hormoz nuclear power plants with a capacity of 5 thousand megawatts (4 power plants of 1250 megawatts) in Sirik city and in line with the implementation of the project We were the development of Makran coasts.
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization continued: In 1420, we should reach the production capacity of 20 thousand megawatts of nuclear power in the country, and the implementation operation is a part of this.
