South Africa demanded the issuance of an arrest warrant for the perpetrators of war crimes in Gaza

In line with South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime, the International Court of Justice announced: Israel must take “all necessary measures” to prevent actions that are considered examples of genocide.

This court did not issue an order to stop the military actions of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip.

The decision of the Hague Court has been widely welcomed by different countries of the world.
